For all applications

1.) Must be a resident of Summit County.

2.) Must be at least 25 years of age, maybe younger if there are defendants’ children in the household.

3.) Copy of driving license (showing current address).

4.) Proof of residency, Copy of Renter agreement.

5.) Proof of current bank account balance, if you have account in your name.

6.) Copy of pay stubs for the last 30 days. (If employed). First two pages of tax return if self-employed. Or proof of other income, such as Social Security           

      Disability, Child support.

7.) All applications are expected to attend a mandatory car care class provided by Miracles on Wheels. Held on Saturday (April or October).

8.) Must be drug free and have no extensive criminal background.

9.) Must have no current or pending criminal or DUI/ DWI charges.

10.) Must be insurable.

11.) Must have income in the moderate-income range.

 

For car donation request. Please note for cars donation. After all the information is received, verified and accepted, you will be put on our waiting list. Once a car is available, you will be notified. once you are notified you will be responsible for obtaining car insurance.

 

Applications with incomplete information or documentation. After 30 days will be removed from our waiting list.
